If you working with Windows 2000 Professional and have installed Track 'n Trade Pro v3.0 but are not able to start the program after installation, please follow the directions below to update your Track 'n Trade Pro.  You will need your Internet connection working for the updates to download.

1)  Open the "My Computer" and navigate to the following directory, "C:\Program Files\Gecko Software\Track 'n Trade".

2)  Then locate and run the program called "Spot.exe".

3)  This will bypass the start of Track 'n Trade Pro and begin searching for update versions of the software which it will install.  Accept any updates that are available and allow it to finish downloading.

4)  When the downloads are complete, "Dismiss" Spot and restart Track 'n Trade Pro.  This should allow you to start the software correctly.

When I try to run Track 'n Trade Pro or the Indicators CD, I get the error "Missing OLEACC.dll"

This dll file is a windows file that is installed with the windows accessibility or the active accessibility.  Please go to the  - Start Button - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Windows Setup - Select Accessibility and click on OK.  If you the problem persists please contact our tech support dept at 435-787-2240 or help@geckosoftware.com
